How do I get started?
Sign up at app.govmatrixiq.com/sign-up using your work email. Free tier requires no credit card. After onboarding, connect SAM.gov, NAICS codes, and (optionally) your CRM under Settings → Integrations.
What plans are available?
Free tier covers solo users with 25 AI-drafts per month. Paid plans (Solo, Team, Agency) unlock unlimited drafts, larger pipeline, advanced search, and CRM sync. See pricing.
How is my data handled?
All data is encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM) and in transit (TLS 1.2+). Team messages use end-to-end encryption with per-organization keys. GovMatrixIQ has a No-Training AI policy — your data is never used to train Anthropic, OpenAI, or any LLM. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Is GovMatrixIQ FedRAMP-authorized?
The platform is built on FedRAMP-ready architecture and aligns with SOC 2 controls + CMMC / NIST 800-171. Formal FedRAMP authorization is in progress; contact us for the current status letter.
How do I cancel or downgrade?
Open Settings → Billing → Manage on Stripe — this redirects to the Stripe customer portal where you can update payment method, switch plans, or cancel.
I’m a Microsoft AppSource reviewer — what do I need?
Use the test credentials provided in the Partner Center submission’s Additional certification info tab. The Teams bot side-loads with the manifest in the submitted zip; no separate config is required. For login questions during cert review, email [email protected].
